As what is written on my the heading on this blog, many a random things could occupy my mind and heart in one sitting. It could be an acquaintance of national headlines,PMs from FB friends, realization of a certain situation, future travel plans, cravings for food and school tasks that need to be submitted.
I want to blog everything on my mind that I don't know which and what to start. In the recent days,it has mostly been about Pedring, the strong typhoon which made an unwelcome visit in whole of Luzon. It left remarkable damages and human lives with it.Compassion and generosity from the citizenry however made their present felt just as much .In my place, grounded electric wires pushed me with no choice but to switch off the main circuit breaker and do with semi-darkness.I was still lucky since wi-fi and bedroom TV,fan and light safely functioned. To see Spiral of Sofitel in waist-high waters made me remember how great the place was and its endless buffet servings.Mobile phones and emergency lamps were charged nonstop.Thankfully, Mamang was at her best and considerate behavior during Pedring.
First semester of school year 2011-2012 is on its end. Done are my hospital duties which make me sad by a certain degree because I don't get to see Crushy anymore.:( I wish he gets to miss me. Oral theses defense and completion of RLE grades occupy my work schedule now.Add to that my light, happy and relaxing conversations with colleagues especially Raidis and Mark. I miss Harry, his place is hit with severe water level.
I am verrryyy lazy now to dance and jump to take off cholesterol numbers and burn excess fats. All I do is eat,eat and eat.Not really good. How could I wear bikinis in SG with Joida with a big tummy??Sad. I will still try.
I get to think of NBA.How could they let it happen?? I miss Lakers especially Kobe. What are they up to?Please think of the fans worldwide who simply want to see showtime and a good dose of basketball. For the meantime,PBA might suffice my cravings.
Good morninggggg sa inyyyoooo! Sweet and mild ang kasama kooooo!!! A coffee jingle which is absolutely Mamang's favorite, which makes her sway and raise her hands up in the air.I love her to pieces when she voluntarily moves her bones and muscles. I will try and buy Nescafe sweet and mild variant this week.
Big and small nice surprises delight me tremendously.A payslip received with retro resulted in an infectious smile and Php500 for Mamang and Php100 for Mayet.LOL! I hope I get to color my hair too. Bhanie's kind surprise was a welcome blessing. Lunch at Gerry's grill with her boys,Asher and Aleck and movie No Other Woman proved to be good respite after days of ear-deafening rain fall and winds.
I get to imagine here and there the time when I get to see and hug Kadie and Mykee. We will dance and sing and play like there'd be no tomorrow. Was I impressed with Justin's passion for his favorite novels .My,oh my,they are growing up indeed fast.
I am still at my deep hatred for aphasia. It continues to break me when Mamang cannot verbally express what she wants to say.Mayet and I luckily find/guess what is on her mind. She has intact comprehension though.BP and sugar level are fine.
PNoy and his government continue to face constant criticisms and unpleasant reviews especially in times of disaster.I am objectively ok with it. But please allow me to make this point, YOU,who keeps on seeing the bad and unaccomplished things, have you done something yet to make our kababayans's lives an ounce better???If the answer is Yes,you are most free to lambast the "inadequate"public service. But if it is No,please pause for a while and take a look at the nearest mirror within your reach.
It is such an honor to see coast guards with their rubber boats patiently and properly stationed at a nearby town who have previously rescued people trapped in their houses,in different provinces. Thank you for your selfless acts.Thank you for making me proud to be a Filipino.
It is October, the month of Holy Rosary.Mama Mary, help me pray the whole month. You know how lazy I could be at times. Yuletide season is undeniably here. Mayet continues to request for a Christmas tree here at home. Hmm, I am thinking of going to Dapitan for decors with bffs and introduce Yakimix to them.
Finally, Black Eyed Peas's MOA concert slightly distracts me from my tipid-mode. I love the band, rumors say they might retire in no time. I wish before that gets to happen, I will sing, dance and party with them with Where is the LOVE and "Aga Felipe,,,oooohhh, that tonight's gonna be a good night." Genie in a bottle, find a ticket sponsor for me please???Thanks.
Life is beautiful.So is love.
