A LUCKY Day!!

Yesterday,I went to Makati(my favorite place in Manila) with Sharon and Ville for our China visa applications. There was already a long queue of pipz upon our arrival at the embassy.We were given #214 stub,the digits flashed on the screen was 103.Not a warm welcome for us. Since we left home early in the morning,our tummies were carbo/protein-deprived and so Ville imbued Bee and I to grab a bite at Starbucks downstairs.The wifey welcomed the idea because she needed the caffeine to energize her.:)

I sensed a celebrity was at the vicinity when I overheard embassy staff saying" Di ko na-kiss,kinikilig ako." I even kidded Bee it might be Sandara Park.Kaso Koreana pala sya.:)

Minutes later,Ville texted us,"Katabi ko lang naman si Derek Ramsay dito sa taas. Kauli,mag-gym na ku." LOL! Whaaaaatttttt???My cafe mocha which was served really hot was down in 2 minutes,the corned beef pandesal I managed to finish in three bites.Knowing Derek was there  proved more effective than a double or triple espresso shots to awaken us. Our "Angels" sighted our giddiness,surprise...Derek is coming inside Starbucks!!!

He is wearing RayBan shades,plain white shirt,board shorts and sneakers.OH MY GOSH! Are we in heaven??He is damn very good looking and sexy y_m_y!!Sha and I tried to be relaxed which is a hard task on my part knowing how baduy and show biz I am. We were suppressing our giggle and kilig.Then Papa Derek had to use the rest room. Dumaan sya sa table namen. I have to confess this: I told Sha,"Bee,gusto ko pasukin si Derek. Kiss ko lang xa.Wholesome lang.Pwamiz." Bee was just as giddy.Hey I didn't push thru with my plan,bka kasi di nko pakawalan ni Derek.HEHE!

Soon as he was out, I asked if we could have a photo with him since our bff Kei has a huge crush on him.Gamitin bang reason si buntis!:)He graciously indulged us.Moreover,he even conversed with us.Me and my big mouth of course.He is sooooo bango.I didn't touch him.Sharon did!LOL! Good luck on your frisbee competition, Derek.

Now with our main agenda of visas. It was funny how the lady taking a peek at my papers need edto use the calculator to check if I have ample moolah to sustain my stay in China.:) Matandang yagit si Mitzi. Mine and Sha's applications were approved.Ville on the other hand needed to undergo some more challenges with his name.See the difference between Rexville and Rexville James??

After our embassy-NBI-embassy marathon,we finally had a decent lunch at Yoshinoya. I missed its green tea juice I had two glasses.Off we went then to Bonifacio High Street to meet Arlet's friend. A pricey place that all we did was window shop only.Oh yeah,na-afford naman namen Krispy Kreme doughnuts and bottled water plus orange juice.:)

Meanwhile,I love Krisy to a fault.I read on her magazine how she's loving every bite of Patchi chocolates.Ayun, I shelled out my 500 peso bill na matagal ng nakatago sa hidden part ng wallet ko and purchased 3 chocolate bars.White chocolate with hazelnuts and rice crispies,milk chocolate with no sugar added and dark chocolate with hazelnuts. Their taste and creaminess justified their price tags.

Derek,China visas,Patchi chocolates.Add to these the tall buildings of Makati that never fail to impress me and make me happy.It was such A LUCKY DAY indeed. Fortune things continue to pour just like the rain,because today,Ville has an OK name and a visa was granted to him as well.
