Today,NBA Finals Game 2 between Miami Heat and Dallas Mavericks occurred. Almost everyone in my Facebook and Twitter accounts were tuned to it. I say almost and not all.That includes me.And possibly my brothers. I did not even dare turn on my TV. I wrote on my FB wall: eto magandang nagagawa ng Lakers elimination. DEADMA si mitzi sa NBA finals. No pressure. Others were telling me to choose either of the two teams. I humbly refused. Ayoko!Lakers lang ako. I am all or nothing. Besides I have other reasons. I don't like the Mavs.My gosh! They swept my team. I will not forget this till dementia hits me. Not a way for Phil's graceful NBA exit. I don't like Miami either. I used to like Dwayne.However when LeBron transferred to the team, I knew I'm done. I even "hate" LeBron! I told my kuyas over the phone in few instances na kahit ligawan pa ako nito,I will turn him down. To which my ever Lakers diehard kuyas readily backed up. "Tsura na." We don't give a care with his millions.
This season of NBA is for all Lakers haters out there. Though I know in the deepest of their hearts,they were all truly wishing to see the yellow and purple team strut their plays on the floor come this Finals stage. Here's wishing that Mavs and Heat won't disappoint you,rather exhibit their powers and mouth-opening performances on the court. Though the last I heard, the games were kinda boring. Enjoy the ride.
I can't wait for 2012.Hate Lakers all they want. My brothers and I will forever love them.Get ready for Black Mamba then.:)
