- This is A Tissue country. I bet my 5 cent's worth that people here would find it extremely unimaginable without tissue paper especially in the restroom.
- CA has a bipolar kind of weather. In the morning it is windy and cold, shining hot sun mid-aftenoon and cold again comes night time.
- Time runs fast here, one needs to utilize time in a wise way to do the planned tasks for the day. No household help.
- I laundry and iron my clothes. Thank goodness for the washing machine and dryer. Ironing I loved to do even back in high school. My mom advised me not t press my clothes anymore as the people here don't do it regularly anyway.
- A brave and faithful heart is a MUST to survive the sadness of being far away from home.
- PRAYERS is the greatest ally to live each day here.
