SPA night

My Villa Luisa friends and I had our summer outing this 2011 at Fontana Leisure Parks,Clark. It was supposed to be a 2-day,overnight check-in. However, the stay extended for one more day. Thanks to the lucky stars of Glentot,Ati Lan and the boys at the "C".:)

So,on the second night,me with Sharon and Bhanie finally succumbed to the lure of massage and spa at Fontana. I tried it the first time with my cousin Arlette. I was overwhelmed with the HUGE size of the place.

We opted for the traditional Filipino massage . Fee is 750 pesos. It may seem as hefty price to pay for a 45-minute service. However all other amenities within the place are free of charge like the use of swimming pools, sauna, and water or juice.

First things first. We wore our swimming gear and plunged in the Olympic-size pool. The water was relaxingly warm. We did  not dare to try even just one lap though. Minor glitch: three Koreans were there. They didn't look good.We felt "unsafe.":)
Mom's respite: After baby-siiting for their kids,it's time for their R&R.

Next was sauna time. We set the 15-minute wall clock..but after only 10 minutes,we went out already. I was sweating heavily,Sha felt like dehydrating. As for Bhanie,,oh,this girl, not a drop of perspiration .:) We wished we lost a pound inside the sauna room.LOL!
Us girls after the feels-like-forever sauna. The shower rooms are well-maintained.We were greeted by big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Dental kits, lotion, all the kikay stuff we need after were waiting for us.

On our way to our private massage room.
Let's get it on now.:)
The massage lasted for 45 minutes. It felt great to feel the knots being unlocked . The lady in charge of me rubbed the flat of her plam along the tendons bissecting my spine. My body went slack and felt absolutely, positively boneless. I already almost fell asleep even before the service ended. We were given the privilege to stay in our room a s long as we wished to. It was comforting to travel in dreamland with noiseless ambience. If not for Bhanie's pang of hunger,we could have stayed till the day after.:)

On that 3-hour we "ran" away from the kids,we three felt like princesses. A Grandia van even dropped us at our villa. Once in a while,it is but alright to have a "me" time so as to be refueled to maneuver the tasks to be fulfilled in the days to come.
